Alexandra Levine, MR Facilitation Trainer

Alexandra is an RYT200, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a spouse and caregiver to an Army combat veteran. She holds Bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Philosophy, and loves to weave yogic philosophy into her classes. Her yoga journey started as a teen dealing with a life threatening illness. She has used the tools of yoga ever since to manage pain, heal her body, and nurture her mind. After discovering the power of yoga for herself, she decided to share it with others. She completed her 200hr training with Libby Cox in Eugene, Oregon, with whom she’s currently pursuing her 500hr certification. She believes serving those who have served is revealed as her dharma, her life path, and pursues a life of service. She brings passion and sustainability to hundreds of hours of volunteer classes with veterans, inmates, retirees, trauma survivors, and adults with intellectual disabilities. She currently serves as the Compassion Fatigue Program Assistant and the Mindful Resilience Facilitation Trainer for VYP.
