Frank Giuliano is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Office Operations at The Durst Organization, where he directs a team of 26 members that oversees over 1,200 Durst Organization employees. 

He is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy, including leadership development, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, HR information systems, talent management and the overall employee experience. Frank is a seasoned executive with over thirty five years of experience in the technology, financial services, and construction and real estate industries.

Frank lives on Long Island, NY with his wife and has grown twin boys.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston MA.
