Stephanie Sellers has been practicing yoga for over 23 years and teaching for 12, and currently holds an RYT200 certification through Yoga Alliance with a focus on Ashtanga, a Mindful Resilience Training certification though Veterans Yoga Project, and an ACE group fitness certification. She trained in Australia as a yoga, tai chi and Pilates instructor while stationed overseas, and as a weightlifting and cardio group fitness instructor when she returned to the US. She has worked as an aerospace engineer for the US Government for 23 years and holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching from George Mason University.
Through her teaching and volunteering, she hopes to offer yoga and mindfulness options that every person can adopt to fit their needs. Remember, letting go is the hardest asana (pose). I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light, and of peace. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are one.
