Jasmin carries a deep belief that her purpose is being in service to Community. She is a trauma-informed E-RYT200 and RYT500 Yoga Nidra guide as well as a Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga instructor. She is a certified LoveYourBrain Yoga teacher and her offerings are LoveYourBrain TBI-informed and friendly. Along with the classes she guides on VYP’s Online Studio platform, she also works closely with Houston’s Wounded Warrior Project.
In addition, she is a trained and certified Death Doula offering End-of-Life support for people and their beloved furry and feathered babies. She works hard in order to offer Community a space to heal, expand, grow, grieve, and process all that encompasses being a living being in this lifetime. It is her hope to offer all a moment wherein they can find a measure of peace for themselves in mind, body, heart and spirit.
Jenn was drawn to yoga after she lost her beloved mama in 2015 to sarcoma cancer, creating a personal practice and later taking teacher training with Lincoln Yoga Center, finding Veterans Yoga Project through those studies. Jenn comes from a large family of Marines, Soldiers, and Navy Corpsman, and her two daughters are EMT/First Responders. Jenn considers it an honor to offer the tools of yoga to those who so proudly serve and have served our nation.
