Her primary clinical training was at Pelham Counseling Center in Bronx, New York, where she specialized in the treatment of all forms of trauma and related panic conditions. Anita started her professional life as a Wall Street lawyer. In addition to NYU, Anita is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wellesley College and Harvard Law School.

Anita is here to provide clinical clarity and assistance when unusual or unexpected clinical situations present themselves in any VYP yoga class. She is also available to consult, offer guidance, and/or an empathetic ear to TA members in any instance of compassion fatigue or related issues.
