$120 per year ($10/month)
Shows your support for our work and helps keep our offerings free for veterans and military families living with effects of trauma and disability.
Warrior II
$420 per year ($35/month)
Supports the development of a digital library, including full-length yoga and meditation classes, tutorials, and other resources so more people worldwide can benefit from Mindful Resilience yoga and mind-body practices.
Warrior III
$600 per year ($50/month)
Provides one online Mindful Resilience yoga class that builds community, hope, and healing for our veterans, military families, and communities affected by trauma.
Peaceful Warrior
$1,296 per year ($108/month)
Provides resources to enable VYP to pursue outreach with organizations working directly with the veteran and military communities in the US and beyond, including the cost of one outreach class.
VYP Warrior
More than $2,592 ($216/month)
Provides resources for one scholarship for a veteran, service member, or military family member to attend the Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Training
