Master Sergeant Philip Cuppernell (ret.) honorably served in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years. In addition to working in garrison, MSgt Cuppernell’s deployment service includes multiple tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and the Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the USS Bataan.
