About the Training
The 200-hour Mindful Resilience for Yoga Teacher Training (MRYTT) is designed for those seeking to deepen their yoga practice, earn professional credentials, and serve the military and Veteran community through trauma-sensitive teaching. This comprehensive program integrates yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology with specialized skills for working with individuals affected by service-related stress and trauma. Participants are drawn to VYP’s program for its unique focus on bridging the military–civilian divide and its personalized guidance in supporting those impacted by military-related challenges.
Continuing Education Credits Available
Veterans Yoga Project is a 200-hour Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of this program, you will be able to register as a RYT-200 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
This program does not qualify for NBCC CE hours or IAYT CE hours.
Format
Hybrid learning – combination of live online instruction, in-person components, and self-paced study
