Celebrating with World-Class Leadership

Veterans Yoga Project welcomes Colonel Adam Nestor as featured speaker.

We’re so very proud to be joined for our Skyline Social at the Beveridge & Diamond Rooftop, Washington, DC, on June 26th by the illustrious Colonel Adam Nestor as our featured speaker.

Colonel Adam Nestor is a seasoned Army officer and strategist with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of national security, military operations, and high-level policy. He has been a combat leader, worked with Joint Special Command Operations, the Army Capabilities Integration Center, the CIA, the Office of the Security Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem and is on the faculty at the National War College. He has led soldiers in combat, advised foreign partners, and supported special operations, giving him a ground-level perspective on the human realities of conflict and leadership. He has also served in multiple strategic and advisory roles across the military and interagency community, helping senior leaders navigate complex global challenges, emerging threats, and great-power competition. His work has spanned planning, strategy development, and coordination across commands and agencies, including responsibilities that required aligning long-term vision with real-world constraints and risks.

Today, Colonel Nestor serves as a senior military advisor in the Department of War. As a keynote speaker, he brings a rare combination of combat experience, strategic insight, and policy-level perspective, offering audiences compelling, practical lessons on leadership, decision-making under pressure, and navigating uncertainty in an increasingly complex world.
