About the Training

The Mindful Resilience for Cultivating Compassion (MRCC) course supports caregivers, healthcare professionals, educators, and others who experience the emotional demands of caring for others. Through an engaging blend of live sessions and online modules, participants learn to recognize, ease, and reframe compassion fatigue, all within a small-group environment that encourages deep learning and meaningful community connections.

Continuing Education Credits Available

Yoga Alliance (7 Hours), NBCC (10 Hours).  Must be present during all sessions to receive full credit.
