Since 2017, Sheri Marlin has served as a mental health therapist working with veterans and active-duty service members through post-traumatic growth programs led by Lone Survivor Foundation and Operation RedWing, as well as in private practice. Her commitment to helping those who serve has only deepened over the years, driven by profound admiration for their strength, perseverance, and sense of brotherhood.

She recognizes that while many veterans return home with invisible injuries few can fully understand, they continue to show resilience and courage. These individuals remain her greatest inspiration—and her favorite people to serve.

In her work as a trauma therapist, Sheri has witnessed firsthand the powerful impact yoga has had on the mental and physical health of veterans. Through programs like Veterans Yoga Project, she has seen hope restored and healing begin. The ongoing access to yoga these programs provide plays a vital role in long-term recovery and well-being. Sheri is thrilled to be part of the Veterans Yoga Project and is committed to supporting its mission of healing and transformation.
