Serving Those Who Served

Together, we support Veterans, military families, and community members to live their best lives. Each day, many navigate daily challenges ranging from post-traumatic stress (PTS), to anxiety, depression, emotional strain, or physical limitations, while others simply enjoy practicing.

Veterans Yoga Project helps individuals manage these challenges so they can move from post-traumatic stress to post traumatic growth and beyond. Our evidence-informed practices, for healing trauma and stress allow Veterans to cultivate self-regulation and resilience.

Our mission is to support recovery and resilience among our Veterans, military families, and communities. The classes, retreats, and outreach we provide offer a community where everyone gets to LIVE, THRIVE, and BELONG!
