The Tools to Move from Trauma Recovery to Growth

Our Mindful Resilience training gives yoga teachers, clinicians, caregivers, and community leaders the tools and knowledge to safely and effectively support those recovering from trauma, stress-related conditions, and compassion fatigue. Each program is evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive, and grounded in real-world experience with the military and Veteran community.

What is Mindful Resilience Yoga?

Mindful Resilience Yoga (MRY) includes a collection of mind-body practices—Breathing, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude—designed to help practitioners breathe easily, focus clearly, move freely, rest deeply, and remember what is working in their lives. Our organization envisions a future where all individuals affected by service-induced trauma have access to a full range of mind-body practices that support recovery, growth and resilience.

“VYP has made a huge impact in my life from facilitating my 200 Hour Mindful Resilience Yoga certification, to providing opportunities to network with other Veterans.

The passion they have for Veterans, Families, and Communities are second to none. The tools they teach are invaluable, and the clinical approach is proving to be helping, and saving lives.
